What you are seeing — the laboratory sent a zip holding a PDF certificate, an N001 xlsx and an A006 csv; the xlsx opens, but every column is a code, the units sit inside the headers and the criteria columns are letters.
The N001 file is the certificate as the laboratory's own system stores it: one row per bottle, one column per analysis, the unit and the detection limit folded into the column label, the printed criteria as lettered columns (A, B) and the laboratory's own flag — >A, A-B — beside each result. It is complete; it is just not laid out for a person.
Measured on C524281V1-R2025-06-06_17-26-15_N001.xlsx: 11 samples · 47 parameters · 466 results, read in 9 s at the door, the laboratory named (Bureau Veritas). The workbook that came back opens on the DÉPASSEMENTS sheet — one row per (sample · parameter), exceedances first — with 12 tabs behind it and 23/59 criteria rows answered against the Québec groundwater register (qc_gw).
What stays refused: the sampler's name and the client address on the certificate header are never stored (they are dropped at the door), and a value we cannot read is a blank with a reason, never a guess. The bench that produced these numbers — 76 laboratory witnesses, 7 of them read as counted results — is published as reports/reference/lab_bench.json.
