Fill it from your file
The plant's daily log, the state's supplemental form or monthly operating report as you keep it (days down or across, a sheet per month or per week, several outfalls), or a laboratory's results. Each value is computed over the monitoring period and names the cells it came from; every cell not used is listed with the reason. Change any value before you check.
Before you file: where your file carries your own statistics (a state export such as Washington's PARIS), or a box already holds your number, or you type over the page's, your number is held against the rule, and a number that departs says how: a weekly average that is the month's, a < dropped, a result below detection counted another way.
What leaves this page: a CSV or an Excel workbook (.xlsx, .xlsm) is read here and never sent. An older Excel file (.xls) or a PDF is sent once to Passage Data's reader, which returns its rows and keeps nothing and learns nothing from it. What you type is never sent.
This period's values due as a spreadsheet for the month's results: a Status formula on each row, the totals, the due date, and any number already typed here. Made in this page; nothing is sent.
The next 12 months for Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar: each form due, each sampling frequency in EPA's file, the renewal application and the expiry. A form sits on its due day only where this permit's own filings show it; otherwise on the period's end.
